“A forever thank you for believing in me and helping me through what I thought was going to kill me. If it wasn’t for you and women like you I wouldn’t have the tools to learn how to believe in myself and find my voice again.”

Jessica Pride is the managing partner at The Pride Law Firm. From counselor and friend to aggressive legal advocate, Jessica Pride has been the lead lawyer on behalf of women who have been sexually assaulted for more than a decade.
Headquartered in San Diego, Jessica represents women throughout California and is available to act as co-counsel for victims of sexual assault throughout the U.S. Regardless where you live, contact Jessica with your questions or if you simply need someone to talk to and listen to your story.
Her passion for the law stems from a lifetime of watching her attorney stepfather and her disdain for bullying. After graduating from UC Irvine with her B.A. in English, she felt earning her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006 was a natural progression.
In law school, she discovered a talent for helping people in civil litigation suits, earning a spot doing so at one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms, Girardi & Keese in Los Angeles. She moved on to San Diego’s Casey Gerry law firm, where she fought for her first sexual assault victim and felt the personal reward and vindication that come with helping a victim seek justice — and succeeding. Jessica spent the next seven years refining her legal advocacy skills, helping to earn millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients.
Her legal passion blossomed into handling sexual assault cases.
Jessica devotes much of her time helping sexual assault victims by offering legal assistance at San Diego’s only domestic violence and rape crisis center, the Center for Community Solutions, where she now serves as President of the Board of Directors. She is an active volunteer in the Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Make-A-Wish Foundations.
Jessica understands the anguish of sexual assault, and she knows it doesn’t have to define your life.
Jessica encourages victims to pursue their cases in civil court. Whether taking on a culpable individual, corporation or municipality, Jessica has used the civil court system to send strong messages that result in serious changes.
